How to place an order

Please Have your serial number or part number to help looking up the correct part. 2. You will create an account online first which only require your email address so we can contact you about your order, once you place your order and the address you need to have items shipped to. We promise that none of your information will be shared with anyone at anytime for any reason.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take payment through PayPal & most major credit cards or if you would like to mail in payment thats fine also, but please use the shopping cart as it will combine your items and total the postage for you.
A common policy of some Acessories manufacturers is to prohibit dealers from publishing any price other than MSRP. If there is no price listed for a new product, it is because we are complying with the manufacturer’s requirements. Shipping Oversize Items
Some Oversize Items such as Trolling Motors, Power Poles, Jack Plates, Power Heads, Wakeboards, Etc. cannot be checked out through the shopping cart and require additional shipping charges. Please call or E-mail us with your address so we can quote you shipping to your area.
Is it safe to use my credit card when paying?
Shopping in our store is safe, we can take your credit cards on-line with E-Processing or PAYPAL. We also can take Credit Cards over the phone. Once the payment has been processed you will be notified by email or by phone. We will then keep you updated on the status of your order.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Alot of Parts are out of Stock and We have to Order Them. If you need parts ASAP do not order from us. We have good prices so be patient. We ship twice a week and will not overnite or express ship any items. Please Allow 5-7 Business Days for in stock items. Out of Stock Items will take longer. Parts are Normally Shipped Via (USPS). Oversize Items May take Longer. Feel free to call us at 863-465-2814. “We do not overnite or Second Day Express Ship any items”.
Tracking a Package
Once the Items have left Performance Marine we will provide you a tracking number for your package. The tracking number will be sent through e-mail through our online store. You may call 863-465-2814 for a tracking number.
Mercury and Mercruiser Parts
Mercury Marine – Part numbers and prices are constantly changing due manufacturing numbers and fuel sur charges. We try to keep our webstore part #’s and Prices updated daily. Some Older Mercury Parts Might be NLA “No Longer Available”. We have many of these NLA parts in Stock at Performance Marine However if your engine is 10 years or older please e-mail us your parts request before you place your order to see if the parts are available. We will be happy to look them up for you to ensure you receive the correct parts. Please list your serial # and model information when you call or e-mail.
How do I report a delivery problem?
Our customer service department will happily answer questions and provide assistance. We will promptly address any delivery issues Call us at 863-465-2814 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Have your Order Number and payment Information available when calling.
Return Policy – Exchange of Damaged or Defective Items
Our packaging is done with care to insure that your order is received in good condition. For shipments via UPS or common carrier, please note the discrepancy, damage, etc., on freight bill and immediately file proper claim with delivering carrier. Damage and shortage of packages is the responsibility of the delivering carrier.

Item Return Policy
No merchandise may be returned to us without prior authorization. We will accept, after permission has been given, merchandise that may appear to be defective or merchandise shipped in error. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. Special orders, materials made to order, cut to length, etc., cannot be cancelled and are not returnable. Within 15 days of receipt of your order any item in original working condition with no visible or otherwise wear and tear can be returned (MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL OEM PACKING) for a refund less 30% restocking fee and less the shipping charges for parts and accessories that are non-stock items.
There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on any electrical parts, Tubes, Life Jackets or Special Order Items. Please be sure of what you need before ordering anything in this category and contact us if you need clarification. Please Have your size, engine serial numbers or specific parts you need beforehand.
There is an additional Core Charge on Items Such as Lower Units, Power Heads, ECM’S, ECU’S and Carburetors. We Will notify you at the time of your purchase.
Small Parts Orders
Small parts order such as nuts, bolts, screws, seals and washers may come 2-10 a pack we will notify you if there will be any additional charges.
Props are a special Order Item. You must Choose the correct prop for your application. There are no returns on props. If you receive a prop and it is damaged we must be notified ASAP so we can contact our manufacture of the damages. Props that have been used ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED!!!
Other Instructions and Information
Credit for original payment by Bank Wire Transfer, Credit Card Refund, Paypal, or a Check will be made by check within 1-2 weeks from the date returned products are processed.
Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Be sure to send your return via an insured carrier. Performance Marine is not responsible for lost returns. Please allow 4 weeks for domestic (US) returns to be processed, or 4 to 6 weeks for international returns.
If you do not receive credit for your return within the time frames shown above, please trace your return shipment using the tracking number provided to you by the shipper when you shipped the package. If the tracking information indicates that Performance Marine has received the package, please notify email@example.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number in your message.
As a seller of marine equipment, we purchase from several hundred manufacturers and distribute their products throughout our marketing area. Most of these manufacturers have a warranty for their product line, a copy of which is available upon request. We do not offer warranties, expressed or implied, other than what is offered by the manufacturers. Performance Marine does not assume responsibility or liability for the workmanship or use of products purchased from our manufacturing suppliers. However, as a courtesy to our customers, we will accept for return any products sold by our company that may appear defective. Mercury Marine only will warranty their products if an Authorized Mercury Marine Dealer installs their Product. Acceptance of any such products by Performance Marine does not constitute an admission of liability nor validity to a claim but is done solely to assist customer and manufacturer. Products that are accepted under the above conditions are either returned to the manufacturer or held for their agent to inspect for any warranty consideration.
